Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered nationwide by courier, usually within 1–3 working days of dispatch. Standard shipping is R120 and free on orders over R650. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Care & safety
Age recommendation. Recommended for ages 3+. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts and flexible joints. Always supervise young children during play.
Cleaning. Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaning products, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade colours over time.
Durability. Flexible figures are designed for gentle play and stress relief. Avoid excessive bending, twisting or pulling, which can damage the joints.
