R120 flat rate for orders under R650. Orders of R650 and over ship free. The rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the size and complexity of what you ordered. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Processing time does not include delivery time.

All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Nationwide within South Africa, by courier. Delivery to rural or remote areas can take a little longer.

You will get a tracking number by email or SMS when your parcel is on its way, so you can follow the delivery.

It means we do not have that item on the shelf right now, so it is printed for your order. It is processed with everything else within our normal 1–3 business days processing window.

Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout, it is free. Collection is available by appointment from our Benoni studio. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time, so please wait for a confirmed time before coming through.

Yes. Every item is printed in-house in Benoni, Gauteng.

Our products are 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic.

Because each piece is printed individually, slight colour variations can occur. That is part of what makes each item its own.

Our articulated animals bend and pose. Flexible figures are made for gentle play, so avoid excessive bending, twisting or pulling of the joints.

Our products are toys, fidgets and collectibles for ages 3 and up. Most contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaning products, and keep them out of prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade colours.

Non-custom, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging and you have proof of purchase.

Custom and made-to-order prints, personalised products, sale items and gift cards can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrect. Full details are in the returns policy.

Email info@printworx3d.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will assess it and arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

All returns must be approved by email before they are sent back. Email info@printworx3d.co.za and we will send return instructions once it is approved. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Payfast and Stitch. Payments are processed by our payment providers, not by us, and prices are in South African Rand.
